ABOUT THIS GROUP

This is a group intended to bring together photographers of different styles, skill levels and learning approaches which share one goal: to improve their composition. You also need to be willing to actively work towards this improvement by actively participating in site activities. This is not a site for members wishing to post photos and run.

Everybody is free to open up their own Corner, where they can work on their composition as they wish (subject to administration’s veto) and entertain or educate visitors. There are common areas where you can contribute your opinions, expertise, findings and in turn read the opinions and resources provided by others.

Currently, we run regular competitions and assignments on a composition theme, we have a thread to comment on a shot posted above yours, we have a beginners' course in competition in separate threads, and some members offer composition clinics in their corners.

We intend to be a dynamic, changing place to have fun while learning. So if you have ideas of how to improve this site, please let us know. We can use additions to the admin team as well.
