Is there any theme aside from "Fun"? Hmmmmm ... I assume it is a PG-13 or nicer as well? Sorry just came back from commenting on a wicked photo of citrus :)

Jason:
Do the images have to be photographed within the month of August 2009, or can we use older images - as long as we upload them during this month?

Michele

I THINK it's for photos taken in the Month of August (to give people a fair/equal start/timeline) but CBJason is definitely the final authority. Otherwise I can think of a ton of images in my archive since I have been taking photos since I was about 8 (so nearly 3 decades) and that would not be fair to someone who just picked up a camera last year ... or last week! :)
Another question is: How much post-processing are we allowed to use, or is that up to us? :)

Hi, I'm new to the group - should I post my entries in this thread or in the pool or both?

Both is ideal, but to be considered for the giveaway, here in the thread is the important place...

I don't know who was having more fun; me watching the little girl run between the water spouts or the cute little girl.

This Polar Bear had great fun diving in and out of the water while doing some very elegant underwater ballet . He kept this up for at least an hour. It was a hot day, almost wish I could join him, he was having such fun!
