About Giardini La MortellaOn Isola d'Ischia, in the Bay of Naples, there is a special garden. Originally a place to compose his music, Sir William Walton and his young bride Susana, created a wonderful garden with the help of the famous designer, Russell Page. Since Sir William's death, Susana has continued to transform and expand the garden, opening it to the public and creating a memorial to her husband's work through concerts, apprenticeships, and a museum. |
