About Chemistry Laboratory Equipment

This activity is designed for beginning chemistry students. Working with a partner, students should attempt to identify AND give an example of proper use for each of the pieces of lab equipment shown in the pictures.

This lesson corresponds to Virginia Chemistry SOLs:
CH.1The student will investigate and understand that experiments in which variables are measured, analyzed, and evaluated produce observations and verifiable data. Key concepts include
