About Kurrentschrift

Examples of Kurrentschrift – the old German form of handwriting also known as Current, Deutsche Schreibschrift, German script, German cursive, German Blackletter Script, broken script, Altdeutsch, and sometimes simply Schrift.
Sütterlin (the old school script model based on Kurrent structures) is also welcome!

Feel free to post samples that are handwritten, printed, drawn, painted onto buildings, etc., or even made into fonts – everything is fine as long as the letterforms are interesting, and based upon Kurrent structure.

Important note
We are looking for quality and variety, not quantity. If you have a series of similar specimens (e.g. several pages from the same letter or booklet, a set of similar postcards written by the same person), please add only the one or two most interesting pictures to this group; the others can always be linked to from those. Thank you.
