Behind the sand berms, bogs and marshes lead into the land, eventually giving way to white pine, balsam fir and Tamarack. An afternoon on the beach is enough to confirm it as one of the finest places in the world to do nothing. Yet in the woods, trails, enough to occupy one for days.
