True... But what can I do with a 18-55mm prime lens ? :(
Also, I was not sure, that I could have such a treat for my eyes!
Definitely, tomorrow onwards I will wait for 'them' with my camera.
I am now writing a mail to ISRO about what I have seen tonight. Hope they are able to give the answers for my questions... !

Dear friends n Nikk
what you saw on n de sky most probably may be the International Space Station. I've been trying to locate this but failed due to travel, restless driving n lack of sleep. but my collegues from UAE wrote about this twom days back for the members of ENHG (Emirates Natural History Group) to keep an eye. TIt can be viwed from May 14th till 26th. so please keep an eye and try to capture if possible!!
here's some info about it:
International Space Station (ISS) passing overhead.
The space station is normally visible once or twice a day, but from
Wednesday to Friday, it can be seen making as many as four daily
passes over North America and Europe.
Satellites like the ISS are only visible on Earth when they are in
sunlight and the viewer is in deep twilight or darkness.
Such a scenario can occur more often at certain times of the year,
when the Earth's orientation relative to the Sun allows the ISS to
move out of Earth's shadow.
That will occur over the next three days, when the station will be
bathed in sunlight almost constantly. Since it takes just 90 minutes
or so to orbit the Earth, it will be visible multiple times around
dawn and dusk.
The space station, which orbits at an altitude of 386 kilometres, is
by far the biggest and brightest manmade satellite circling the
planet. It looks as bright as Venus or Jupiter and can be seen even
in well-lit cities.
It can be seen with the naked eye but is recommend if you have
binoculars to try them because then you see a much more detailed view.
Construction of the orbital outpost, which is about as tall as a nine-
story building, started in 1998 and will be completed in 2010.
NASA's space shuttle Endeavor is scheduled to be launched on 31 May.
Another unique viewing opportunity will occur two days later, when
the shuttle docks with the ISS, making the station appear even
brighter than usual.
Gud Luck
n thank you Nikk for sharing your experience with us!!

:: niKk | നിക്ക് :: I am waiting for your confirmation whether the object you saw was the one in [srijith] comment.
I had the wild imagination that you saw one of the US govt's secret proj. I read Mathew Reily's "Area 7" few days back. Its about chinese people stealing a biochemical weapon. Space shuttle comes in as the transport. Both US and chinese govt's have ultra modern space shuttles, since if they transfer via air, ground or under water, US officials will find them out, so they tries to transfer in space. Well lot of fiction readings these days...

NO Bhai, Sure I will pass this info. Thanks.
I would like to share this here...
