Winners of the kodak ektar photo contest!

The results are in! Here are the winners of the Kodak Ektar Photo Contest!

First Place: Brian O'Hearn, Fort Worth, TX (Colors). O’Hearn 1,200 rolls of film and the Adventures by Disney Trip.

Second Place: Bradley A. Sharp, Dallas, TX (Flower). Sharp will receive 600 rolls of film.

Third Place: Clay Williams, Brooklyn, NY (Cranberries)

In addition, Kodak announced Five Honorable Mention winners, each of whom will receive 20 rolls of EKTAR 100 Film. Kodak will also feature their images on kodak.com. Honorable Mention winners include:

Brad Bireley, Galeton, PA (Lock & Door)

Steve Brothers, Ridgefield, WA (A Study in Pink)

Michael Gerstenhaber, Palo Alto, CA (San Francisco at Sunset)

Lawrence Ripsher, Seattle WA ("Reflections")

	Vendobiont says: - you're right. The Colden picture was submitted after the purported deadline. I thought that the seemingly bizarre late submissions that dribbled in during the ensuing 3 1/2 months after the entry deadline would be considered ineligible and simply ignored. 	fotostevia says: Late submission wins contest? Go figure...I would take that to mean that none of the earlier submissions met their qualifications of a winning entry. I have to admit that the winning shot definitely has that "Kodak Pro" look that has typified their pro line ads for decades. As Chris said..."their contest...their rules..." Posted 26 months ago.
