About Kino Flo

Still Photographs or video lit with Kino Flo fluorescent lighting. ("kinos") Please *only* submit images with lit with (or containing) at least one Kinoflo fixture.

Greatly appreciated: fixture model info, color temp., setup, percentage dimmed, exposure info (in exif), and production and/or comments, tips, etc. Equipment, Setup and Behind the Scenes (BTS) shots for Kinos in use or on the set also welcome.

Kino Flo is a manufacturer of constant, color balanced, fluorescent lights, used primarily in the film and video industries.

DIY "kinoflo" photos acceptable if quality is high, quantity is kept moderate, and disclosure is straight forward. The purpose of the group, after all, is to better understand Kinos, and some level of comparison with other fluorescent lighting is probably constructive -- although comments are welcome.
