I would like to see something stackable but with a taller thinner design than some boxes. The reason would be ease of packing in a kids book bag. Separate compartments that stack on top of each other in different configurations would be cool.

Thanks for your input. Very interesting ! I'll make sure to design something like that soon !
I think that the stacking compartments is a very good idea. As for the format, it's true that there are few boxes that fit inside of kids bag. I'll look at that soon.

Good sealing boxes, that's a given from me otherwise lunch ends up all over the place. Eco friendly as much as possible too please, though not always easy or cost effective I know!

I know that eco friendly is a must today. So school do not let kids bring prepackage food in there lunch. It's a good idea but make's it more difficult for parents to pack lunches. That's why we are trying to come up with innovative solutions to help pack a healthy - eco-friendly lunch and save time. Eco-friendly here means, it's recyclable and can be reused many, many times.

not sure if all countries and school have the same rule but I have to have a cool block inside the lunch box. I currently use a normal plastic tub and it fits in a car shaped insulated bag which just has enough room for the cool block.

I have actually designed a lunchbox that pretty much fits all the descriptions above. Stackable, has compartments, fits inside most existing insulated cloth lunch bags (like the Disney bags, Hello Kitty, SPiderman, etc). It is patented and we are SO EXCITED because they are due to arrive on August 20 so that we can begin taking orders. I am a mom of three and I HATE making lunch and I HATE using so many plastic bags. This lunch box is SO EASY to use.... totally water tight so the applesauce in one compartment won't overflow into the chips in the next compartment. The lunchbox adheres (with velcro) to the inside of your child's favorite cloth lunch bag so it does not come out until you take it out at the end of the day and stick it in the dishwasher. Thus, it doesn't get left behind on the table in the cafeteria like many small food storage containers. Our website is still in the works, but you can see some very rough photos.

The New Generation Lunch Box is in stock. The online store is up and running. www.brightbin.com/store/store.html
Its an awesome lunch box that can be used on its own or will fit directly into a child's favorite insulated lunch bag. There is no need to purchase a separate lunch bag different from the one you already have. No plastic bags, no lids to get lost, non-toxic, huge time saver and money saver. Check it out!

I like the various sized compartments for the sandwich, chips, dessert, etc. Keeps the foods fresh and separate.
