Keep Rockland Beautiful, Inc., is a non-profit affiliate of Keep America Beautiful. Our mission is to promote a cleaner and more beautiful county. The Great American Cleanup, the Trash Can Painting Project, the Litter and Neighborhood Blight Survey, and educational programs are some of the ways "KRB" volunteers accomplish our mission.

You can help Keep Rockland Beautiful by posting pictures of eyesores, including street addresses when possible. Sometimes posting pics and tagging them to the map is confusing, so just email them to us if you want us to do it for you -- krbexdir@aol.com. We will work with the proper authorities to get these places cleaned up!

When taking pictures of eyesores, it is a good idea to take a wide angle pic that shows where you are in relation to any prominent landmarks, and a closer up shot of the eyesore you are interested in.

Upload your pics to your own Flickr page then link them to this group by clicking on the "send to group" button on top of your pic.

Tag your photos with this tag using quotation marks: "Keep Rockland Beautiful" You can also add litter, trash or any other keywords you think apply.

Any problems, write to the administrator Lipwak. We can also troubleshoot and offer suggestions in the discussion area.
