03 Sep 10 - Ok, I can see there's still some confusion, so we'll go over the description one more time. This is KEEP PORTLAND WIRED, W-I-R-E-D, not KEEP PORTLAND WEIRD, (which is also a fine group that I myself belong to).
Two Rules.
1. Portland, Oregon (and vicinity, we're pretty liberal about that.)
2. Wires (overhead power lines, light rail power, heck, I'll even accept barbed wire or razor wire, etc.)
