About KCC Documentary Photography Project 08/09
This group is a hub for Kellogg Community College Photography and Multimeida Art Program students to post and discuss their photographic results from the KCC Documentary Project. This project is to be a yearlong venture that will touch all of the classes within the PMA program each semester (such as Art 215, 222, 223, 224, 227, 229, 230). Students within these classes will do a month-long documentary photography assignment with the theme of Kellogg Community College, specifically its identity. The resulting imagery will tell the story of KCC through pictures; what kinds of people go to KCC, what does the KCC campus look like and what kind of events happen here. Ultimately the goal of this project is to reveal the importance of KCC within our community and advance student learning through hands-on service type activities.
