About Japanese Kei Cars
A collection of Japanese cars that qualify for the 'Kei Jidosha' automobile standard in Japan. 'K-Cars' can be identified by their Yellow licence plates, & are no more than 660cc.
The 'Kei' status means the cars are excempt from the 'Shakoshomei' rule - which requires car owners to provide proof that they have a place to park their car.
