A group that showcase photos of Journalistic interests.
1. Of Journalistic nature/interest/events/newsworthy
2. Non pornographic images.
3. Not illegal in nature
4. No personal portraits or portraits of animal or flowers (Animals and flowers in their natural environment that made up a landscape, seascape etc are allowed) that does not have Journalistic value or newsworthy.
5. No Graphic Arts - Only real photos (Images enhanced using Pohotoshops are allowed)
6. No dumping.
7. Those consistently posting photos that is not relevant to th aim of this group will be banned.
This is By Invitation Only group. If your images have not been invited, they may be deleted from the pool. However some images which the moderators considered good enough to remain may remain in the pool.

What images are suitable for this group?
Our intention is to showcase interesting and visually excellent images only and before posting or inviting to this group, please consider the following:
1. Does your image have journalistic properties or newsworthy?.
2. Only Photographic images are accepted. Paintings, drawings and computer generated graphics arts are not accepted.
3. Everyone will believe that his/her images are excellent images but out moderators may think differently. After all it is their job to ensure that the images are of excellent quality. So if your images were not accepted by the moderators, they may be excluded from the pool. If that happens, please do not take it personally. On the bright side, if your photos are in the pool, you know that your images are considered good.
Who are welcome for membership?
1. Those who are not anti-social
2. Friendly and helpful people
3. Anyone who has anything to contribute and does not belong to the next category below.
Who are not welcome?
1. Those who are abusive, unfriendly and racist.
2. Homophobic and all the other undesirable phobics :-)

Comments
It is encouraged that you comment on at least 2 images within the last 5 pages . This come under the heading of being friendly and helpful.
Invites
Members are encouraged to invite others to participate. Again, this is not mandatory. It comes under the heading of contributions to the group.
Last but not least,
1. Pictures/images not deemed suitable will be deleted by the moderators.
2. Participants not deemed to come under category 1 above will be banned by the moderators.
3. Moderators' decisions are final but appeals can be lodged to the benevolent council (the moderator who made the decision to start with).
