About Jerome's Ltd: Studio Portraits
This is an open group seeking Studio Portraits taken by Jeromes's Ltd.
Jerome's was a high Street chain had photographic studios nationwide across the UK, very prolific in the 1930s and 1940s especially, although carried on up to the early 1960's.
The group is especially keen to gather and share the stories / memories / recollections behind these photographs. The personal stories and details behind the photographs and the subject matter are especially welcomed. We would be very interested if you happen to work in one of these studios or if were related to, or knew much about Mr Jerome himself!
