This is a well explained , Intermediate level Tutorial Click Here
The one problem I did find with this is that if you look at the Final Result you might notice rings on the back of her dress. These are the extra little rings you get when you put a Lens Flare into your photo. To remove them all you need to do is click onto the Lens Flare layer, then go to the eraser tool. Drop the opacity to about 50% and take them off gently without disturbing the other effects. I also took the ring off the “Sun” with the Healing Brush after I flattened the Image.
But there is only three photos in the effect, and he gives you all of them.

Thanks for posting Don, I found this tutorial really great. I learnt a few things that I didn't know, which is always a bonus

I didn't mind the look of the lens flare over the dress, so I left that there.
I thought it also needed a shadow actually under the feet, even with the copy of the model for the shadow, it still needed more shadowing to make it blend in.
Re-Step 13, the guy mentions he doesn't know another way to merge the layers, this is the way I always do it
Step 13
Just go to your top layer
Hold down the Alt key
Then choose Layer/Merge Visible
& this will give you all your layers merged at the top
The originals remain in place underneath in case you need to go back
