About Iron Monkeys

The Iron Monkeys is a collective of metalworkers and artists in Seattle. In 2007, we received a grant from Burning Man for our first group project: four steel trees with bench seating around the base of each. At present, we are completing the installation of one of these trees in the Rainier Vista community park. This marks the first permanent installation of Burning Man art in Seattle.
