About irfanview Users
Irfanview is a free Image viewer/editor that is becoming increasingly popular and can be downloaded from www.irfanview.com/ Irfanview has evolved a great deal over the years and although its image editing may be not up to the high ended editor standards of Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro or the Gimp as a viewer it is excellent supporting virtually all formats including video. It also surpasses many editors when it comes to batch processing.
So far Irfanview's public face seems to be restricted to a Yahoo Group,
tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/irfanviewusers/
and a forum,
www.irfanview-online.com/index.php
however, there seems to be no place where users can display their photos for the purpose of questions about the use of Irfanview, hence this group.
At present there is a restriction of five photos per day from members, but, that may be increased if it is found to be too restrictive. Please try to keep them relevant to use of Irfanview and not just post any old photo you've tweaked with Irfraview just for the sake of posting them.
