Iowa Public Television (a group admin) says:
10 Aug 07 - Iowa Places of Worship television documentary has aired twice in March, 2007. It will probably show up once in a while on Iowa Public Television, both in standard definition and high definition. Keep your eyes open for it!

About Iowa Places of Worship

It would be hard to find a photographer who's never taken a picture of a church steeple. Churches and temples are city landmarks, and were often the first buildings crafted by early settlers trying to start a town. They not only served their spiritual communities, but became centers for non-religious social gathering, as well.

Iowa Public Television is interested in discovering Iowa's historic, unusual, and beautiful places of worship. Please post photos of still-standing buildings, temples, churches, and halls in Iowa.

Just as important as the photo is your description of why this place interests you and may interest other people. IPTV would love to hear your stories to go along with your photos.

Iowa Public Television is Iowa's statewide public broadcasting network. IPTV provides quality, alternative programming that educates, enlightens, and entertains Iowans throughout the state.

A noncommercial, public-service mission enables IPTV to present an unequaled array of programs of lasting value to Iowans regardless of where they live or what they can afford. More than one million viewers a week turn to IPTV for programming that reflects a range of interests for Iowans in all demographic categories.
