About Father's Day Contest
The idea for this group will be mainly for each holiday that comes up to have an informal contest where we all submit a themed image appropriate to that holiday.
For instance Fathers Day coming up should have any images pertaining to a father's love for his children and so forth.
I think if this is done right and we grow to a decent size group then we ought to be able to end up with a lot of the winners on the explore page near when that holiday occurs. I will try and clean out the pool after each holiday/event so that the pool will only contain the images that pertain to the next upcoming holiday. I may come up with some rule about how many images you should view or comment on each time you submit but I'm at work right now and don't have time to think it through yet.
