About Inspired by the V&A ... 2011
Welcome to the Inspired By group pool for 2011. This pool is for anyone who has been inspired by the V&A to create their own work of art. Everyone is invited to join.
This is a public group pool and invites comment from all Flickr members. Everyone is welcome to comment on any of the works of art submitted here.
This Flickr group pool is different from the official Inspired By competition at the V&A. This pool is open to anyone - you do not have to be an artist or taking an arts or crafts course. There are no winners or prizes and the works will not be judged by the V&A; rather, the group pool is an informal area for sharing works you have made that have been inspired by the V&A’s collections.
The official Inspired By competition is hosted by the V&A and invites adults who are studying arts and crafts in part-time courses to create a work of art inspired by the V&A’s collections. Participating in this group pool on Flickr does not constitute an entry to the official Inspired By competition. A new group pool will be created each year. You may enter one work of art per year. You can see previous submissions at the Inspired by the V&A... 2010 pool, which is now closed.
