Facts about Inntrøndelag distrikt:

Inntrøndelag is a traditional district in the suthern part of Nord-Trøndelag fylke (county), and do not have its own administration. In early Middle Ages Inntrøndelag was a part of Trøndelag and parted in the countys Øynafylke, Sparbyggjafylke, Verdølafylke, Skøynafylke. Later this countys became subcountys of Trøndelag, created in 1662. Trøndelag was divided in a northern and a southern part in 1804, at that time this subcountys became a part Nord-Trøndelag, and in 1896 the subcountys was dissolved.

Area: 7,060 km²
