Innherred er et distrikt i Nord-Trøndelag fylke, som består av kommunene Levanger, Verdal, Steinkjer, Inderøy og Verran. Distriktet dekker et areal på 4.505 km², og har 61.719 innbyggere (2007).

Innherred is a district in Nord-Trøndelag County, which consists of the municipalities Levanger, Verdal, Steinkjer, Inderøy and Verran. The district covers an area of 4.505 km², with 61.719 inhabitants (2007).
