This group is about INTERIOR DESIGN and ARCHITECTURE - with a focus on India - and ofcourse, photography relating to the same.

But please note : - This group is all about INTERIOR DESIGN and ARCHITECTURE - the "Indian" part was (and is) just the focus of the group, not a restriction or a pre-qualification.

The objective is to create a platform to showcase the BEST of INDIAN INTERIOR DESIGN / ARCHITECTURE to the world and at the same time, showcase the BEST of WORLD DESIGN / ARCHITECTURE to Indian Designers.

ALL Design Professionals, Interior Designers, Architects, Consultants, Engineers, Project Management Consultants, Design Students, System Integrators, Artists, Painters, Facility Managers, Industry Members, Manufacturers, Suppliers, Vendors, Contractor, Turnkey Solution Providers, etal., working in or affiliated to the field of Interior Design and Architecture are WELCOME.

This does not mean that persons who are not Design Professionals or not working in India are excluded - anyone HAVING AN INTEREST in Indian Interior Design / Architecture is WELCOME - infact, the more the merrier !



Let's also make this group a Design Centre for information relating to Interior Design & Interior Architecture and a platform to share problems and issues concerning Interior Design - and discuss about what works and what doesn't !

Let's help educate the Design Fraternity and others about the differences between "Interior Designers / Interior Architects" and "Interior Decorators".

So please, share your own work, or others' public or private space designs and details (including Exterior / Architectural shots too) that you have seen, admired or enjoyed. These could be photographs taken by you or photographs of your work / projects, taken by others.

Please also share your ideas and experiences regarding new designs, innovations in design, new products / services / software, sustainable design initiatives, unique situations / challenges, etc.

There is NO limit to the number of photos which can be posted per month - photo quality is not critical (phone cam grabs, works-in-progress and job-site photos are welcome !) but remember, good quality snaps make interiors look better.

It is not compulsory (like in many other groups) to view / award / comment / invite photographs of others in the group pool - however, if you choose to do so, I'm sure it will be much appreciated.

And please invite other Design Professionals and people interested in Design you know to join us as well !
