About Improve me
Even more important than knowing how something scores, is to know how to improve it. A nice protocol for giving positive and constructive incremental feedback is The Perfection Game, described by Jim and Michele McCarthy in their book "Software for Your Head: Core Protocols for Creating and Maintaining Shared Vision" (ISBN 0201604566). The Perfection Game is played as described below:
- give a score out of 10 (10 is perfect)
- list the points for which this score is earned (not the negative ones)
- list the improvements necessary to receive a perfect score
You can take the input and apply it to your topic. If you post the new version again, you should get better scores. Keep on iterating to make it perfect!
