About ImageMagick

ImageMagick - Photoshop for those who like to type.

ImageMagick is a suite of packages - primarily used from the command line or from scripts - to mainpulate images: resize, crop, add borders, composite, add text, transform, adjust colours, apply special effects, etc.

ImageMagick is free and easily installed under Linux and OS X - it takes a bit more work under Windows, but did I mention that it's free?

This group is less for evangelism that for sharing ideas and techniques.
