About I'll Trade You . . .

This is a children's swap group. This swap group is by invite only and all personal information will remain private. It is meant for parents to join and swap for/with their children.

This is NOT the place to give away plastic toys from fast food restaurants, or $1.00 isle/store junk. This swap is about sharing new things and thoughts, teaching and encouraging our children to be creative, thinking about others, and high quality books, toys, games, and crafts. Good quality used or older items are fine. Some of our favorite things have been out of make for years, but were found on the shelves at a thrift store. NO broken toys, or missing parts. But let’s face it, we all know children love new.

If you are interested, send a request to join. You can alternately add me as a contact, send me a flickrmail to let me know you want to join so I can send you an invite. I'll need a reference or a referral from a current group member if I don't know you.

While I do check my flickrmail I really prefer swap emails to be sent to swaps@thesmocklady.com. Thank you, this helps me keep all communications in one location.

If your children have a flickr (two of mine do) they are welcome to join the group as well. I will send them an invite after I hear from you that it is OK.
