About IHP: Cities in the 21st Century, Spring 2009 This is a space for members of the IHP Cities in the 21st Century spring 2009 program to upload and share their photos. Cities in the 21st Century is a comparative study abroad program, offered by the International Honors Program. The program provides participants with an opportunity to examine a wide range of issues surrounding urban systems. Over the course of the semester, students study in New York, USA; Sao Paulo and Curitiba, Brazil; Cape Town, South Africa; and Hanoi, Vietnam.
