International Foundation for Research and Education on Depression - a group dedicated to eliminate the negative image associated with depression. We are here to inspire and educate. Please share you inspirational story of how you overcame depression, post a photo / profile if you would like to be an available speaker to groups, or add anything else!

The purpose is to inspire in a positive way, to have people show how depression has made something beautiful. To create hope around the disease, and show others that there is always a way forward.
