About IFRACTALCommunication doesn’t happen in a vacuum. We work with multiple stakeholders in our client organizations: HR, communication, legal. Right now we’re working on a merger of two American institutions that have been in business for more than 100 years. We’re working with groups of people in both legacy companies – who have a history of doing things their way – to get to compensation and benefits harmonization. We established a core client team and have weekly conferences to review project status, editorial decisions, and create new materials to address the unexpected dilemmas that pop up in every M&A. |
