iF Photo Award - Applications of Stone in Architecture

If a snapshot sufficed to explain ...
We at F Stone Magazine think that sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words.
And a thousand pairs of eyes are better than one.
Hence the idea of launching the international photo competition iF Photo Award to select the best photos interpreting stone architecture in new ways.
The architectural subject is divided into two categories: Classic and Green.
The first covers stone used in more traditional ways in architecture, from classical to modern. The second relates to the use of stone material in a context of environmental sustainability, hence out of respect for the environment, energy efficiency and use of natural materials: an observation point conceived with the logic of biocompatibility.
