Somewhere in Time
Life of the Mennonites in St. Jacobs, Canada hasn't changed much in the past hundreds of years. Snapped this moment when this young Mennonite family was walking briskly after their Sunday mass. If there were no hydro poles in this photo, it is hard to believe this was taken in October 2005. Whenever I look at this photo, I always get a strange feeling that they were walking into an invisible time tunnel marked between the hydro poles....

Thirsty ancestor
A sage was feeding water to a family on Monkeys in Lord Murugan's Temple at
Madurai,India. The monkeys treat him like on of their own, totally unaware of the distance
between the two species. This picture depicts the strong and giving hand of the sage, paying his dues to his progenitor. The picture symbolizes hope; it renews lost but existential bonds.
The little monkey when asked ' Will you bite the hand that feeds'? , atones through its eyes widened with gratitude and satiation.
