About ID Please

Crazy bugs, odd vegetables, even scapes of cities that are no longer placeable? Gripe and argue about its identity here.

1. Most of the "experts" here deal with insects, plants, flora and fauna, but post anything you want.

2. When you add your photo to the pool, please include all information you have about:
Geographic Location (please be specific and general - we're an international group and we need to know if "WA" means Washington state or Western Australia!)
Habitat (garden, roadside, beach, bathroom, whatever!)
Size (it's often hard to tell scale from a photo)
Any other details that could help us with the ID!

3. When you post your photos to the pool, please wait 2-3 days before posting a discussion topic. Most photos will get an ID without needing to start a topic.

4. If you find out what the object is, either through comments or your own searching, please reply to your post not only to clarify that you no longer need help, but to educate us all!

5. When your pictures are identified, leave them in the pool so others can learn from them. Then stick around and have fun - who knows, you may be able to help the next person! :)
