31 Jul 07 - Hey everyone! Just a quick reminder not post SERIES shots - we've been getting a few shots of the same thing over and over again, and that's not what this group is for. Any confusion, please check the group description.

About Identified Clouds
This is for photos to show excellent examples of clouds that have been identified as a specific type (eg., Cumulonimbus, Orographic Stratus, Mammatus, Stratus etc.,).
This group will serve hopefully to educate people about specific cloud types and should be enjoyed by weather geeks as well as curious cloud watchers.
People wanting identification of their clouds should also post here, so that others can comment and contribute.
There are a couple of rules:
- Photos only please
- Keep digital modifications to a minimal (HDR's are acceptable)
- If you know the cloud-type, please tag your image with the name (eg., cumulonimbus)
- Don't post series of photos... pick the best out of the group... not 10 photos of the same cloud-set.
Failure to stick to these simple rules will result in the photo being removed without explanation.
