To be honest I always felt the JPG mag was written. IE the mails I recieved and the information on the site to be a little patronising. You must or this or don't do that. ETC ETC.
I think I now understand why.
Damage control for sure. I am sure Derek and Heather will learn from this and bounce back with an even better online community.
