About Idaho: People & Place

Ask a friend, a neighbor, a community leader, or ask yourself: is there a place in our community, or elsewhere in Idaho that holds significant meaning? The rural and urban landscapes of our state are interlaced with meaning, whether they are interpreted as historical, cultural, or personal. The places that are important to us witness our quality of life. Take a photo of these places as you visit them, you may include yourself and/or your chosen participant, and submit the photo and a short description to this group page. This project is intended to map the important places in our state through the lens of those who experienced them, and are concerned about their past, present, and future.
