About IBM Hursley Centennial Photography Competition
To celebrate IBM's Centennial we are running a special photography competition.
The competition is open to any IBMers past and present who are based in the UK. We will need to be able to identify you from your Flickr photographs entered - so please leave your real name and contact details if you are not currently in Bluepages!
The entries must fit into one of three categories:
- IBM
- Innovation
- Celebration
There will be 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th prizes for each category, and winners will be chosen by a public vote. John Mclean, Hursley Lab Director, will additionally select an overall winner. All 12 winning photos will be displayed at the IBM Hursley Centennial Open Day on Saturday 18 June.
Up to two images per category may be submitted and the deadline for entries is Monday 23rd May.

The organisers decisions are final and rules may be subject to change as appropriate.

Submitters will retain copyright in their works. However, submitters agree that IBM may freely make and display copies of winning entries around its Hursley site in perpetuity, in each case acknowledging the author. For example, it is presently envisioned that photographs will be displayed at The Big Picnic on Saturday 18 June 2011 and in Hursley House for a period of 3 months after.
