About I steal handicapped spots
every time I see a car parked in a handicapped reserved spot i twitch... That is when the car, or the person driving the car, has ABSOLUTELY NO reason to be there.
I understand it to be convenient, closer or even the last spot available. But it is just not acceptable to play it like this. So I decided to open a tribute to all "handicapped parking place thieves" out there. Please upload your photos (cellphone photos welcome) to this ground, so that we'll have the greatest colelction of "misbehaved" ppl.
