About 1909 Hudson-Fulton Celebration

2009 is the 100th anniversary of New York’s Hudson-Fulton Celebration (September 3 to October 9, 1909), one of the most spectacular public festivals ever held in the United States. It commemorated both the 300th anniversary of Henry Hudson’s voyage in the "Half Moon" (1609) and the 100th anniversary of inventor Robert Fulton’s journey up the Hudson River in the "North River Steamboat" (later known as the "Clermont"), the first long-distance steamboat trip (1807).

We're looking for absolutely anything related to this celebration, which included land and naval parades, fireworks, airplane flights (or one at least), banquets, music festival and art exhibitions, and even school essay contests. Many New York monuments were also dedicated during the celebration, or at least during the celebration year.

We are not looking for images from the 2009 Hudson-Fulton-Champlain Quadricentennial, unless they have something to do with the 1909 celebration.
