About False Color
For photos that have been passed through a filter (post-exposure). However, the filter cannot be a "pixel pusher"; that is, it cannot add or remove pixels, or move them around the photos - ie., filters such as "Solar Flare", "Mosaic Tile", "Wind", "Ripple", "Find Edges", etc. Instead, the filter must affect only Hue, Saturation, and/or Value (that is, what colour, how much colour, and how bright each pixel is). Note however that b/w's and other duotones such as sepia photos, and cutouts which have no or only partial saturation, are not included - there are several groups for these types of photos already.
Enhanced photos should also be avoided. If it's not obvious at first glance that something about the colour is "wrong", or "false", then this isn't the right pool.
Please add the tag "effects" to photos added to the group pool.
Also, please limit your submissions to the pool to three photos per day.
And finally, by all means, PLEASE invite your contacts if they've got work that'll fit in here. :D
