Oops... Lazybug... looks like I started the thread without looking at this thread...
I was up early today and reached the poling booth much before 7 AM. Was pleasantly surprised to see a beeline formed infront of booth already but the happiness was short-lived since they took almost 45 minutes (from the scheduled start of 7 AM) to commence the poling process. I was probably among the first 10 people who voted in my poling booth. The poling booth itself is verrrrry small and conjusted (as usual).... There were about 2 poling officers (with support staff) and 5 poling agents which meant that the room was literally fuming with CO2 !! :-D
Anyways, am back now after exercising my franchise and here's the proof..

i slept at 5.30am and woke up at 8.30am now going out to vote, even though i feel like sleeping. now, i've to travel 7kms to get to my polling booth. :((

I went to the booth at 8.30...it took me 2 hours to get to the machine even though the crowd was not great. Came back home at 11 and fell asleep. In all there were abt 884 voters in the area.
