Hospitality Club (HC) Meetings is for all HC members. Whether you are discussing local meeting or posting HC meeting related photo, you are all more than welcome!

Due to some accessibility issue to the official website and forum in mid 2007, members might experience some difficulties accessing the website. This is one of the reason for this group has been created, but the group objective has been changed to allow sharing meeting photos.

HC is meant to bring people together - hosts and guests, travelers and locals. Thousands of Hospitality Club members around the world help each other when they are traveling - be it with a roof for the night or a guided tour through town. Joining is free, takes just a minute and everyone is welcome. Members can look at each other's profiles, send messages and post comments about their experience on the website.

The club is supported by volunteers who believe in one idea: by bringing travelers in touch with people in the place they visit, and by giving "locals" a chance to meet people from other cultures we can increase intercultural understanding and strengthen the peace on our planet.

POSTING GUIDELINES

1. Please make sure only HC meeting related photos before you post in this group.

2. All photos must have an official meeting tags. Photos without a tag will be removed from the pool. You are welcome to add the proper tag and resubmit your photo.
"HC-Meetings:[Country]" e.g. HC-Meetings:Malaysia
"HC-Meetings:[Year]" e.g. HC-Meetings:2007

3. Please remember to place double quotes around the tag so Flickr doesn't think it's multiple tags because of the spaces.

4. Please post photos which are in relevant to HC meetings, even for your portrait shoot.

5. All entries not conforming with the posting guidelines will be removed. If your photo has been removed, it is most likely because you didn't tag it probably. Simply re-tag and resubmit.
