Horizons of Culture


HORIZONS of Culture is a cultural association created by a group of 31 art and culture lovers of Thessaloniki.

The aims of the association, as described in the statute, are:

- Promotion, development, cultivation of Arts and Culture spirit, and educational - cultural values in all forms of art, technology and science, to the extent that the latter serve the Arts, Culture and Humanity.

- Collection, dissemination and propagation of greek cultural heritage and tradition, modern and contemporary emerging trends in the arts and culture fields as well.

- Development of a culture of solidarity and togetherness among the members of the association and other associations, focusing to promoting and realizing any cultural, artistic and spiritual ideas.

- Study and Protection of the Environment and use all the means that may contribute to these guidelines, aimed at linking the arts to the environment and awareness for environmentally friendly actions and attitudes.

- Commitment and support initiatives, innovation and development of any form of activities and actions to promote and protect the culture and art (included compositions or them), the authors themselves and works of art or culture (such as protecting intellectual property).


Οι ΟΡΙΖΟΝΤΕΣ πολιτισμού είναι ένας πολιτιστικός σύλλογος που δημιουργήθηκε από μια ομάδα 31 φιλότεχνων της Θεσσαλονίκης.

Οι σκοποί του συλλόγου, όπως περιγράφονται στο καταστατικό μας είναι:

- Η προώθηση, ανάπτυξη, καλλιέργεια και προβολή του καλλιτεχνικού πνεύματος καθώς και η καλλιέργεια των μορφωτικών και πολιτιστικών αξιών σε όλες τις μορφές Τέχνης, αλλά και τεχνικής και επιστήμης, στο βαθμό που υπηρετούν τα τελευταία την Τέχνη, τον Πολιτισμό και τον Άνθρωπο.

- Η συγκέντρωση, προαγωγή και διάδοση της Πνευματικής Κληρονομιάς μας, καθώς και η διατήρηση, καλλιέργεια και συνέχεια της Πολιτιστικής μας Παράδοσης και πασών Καινοφανών Τάσεων της Τέχνης και του Πολιτισμού.

- Η ανάπτυξη πνεύματος αλληλεγγύης και συναδέλφωσης ανάμεσα στα μέλη του Συλλόγου και άλλων Συλλόγων, Φορέων με σκοπό την προαγωγή και τη πραγμάτωση κάθε πολιτιστικής, καλλιτεχνικής και πνευματικής ιδέας.

- Η μελέτη και η προστασία του Περιβάλλοντος και η αξιοποίηση όλων των μέσων, που μπορεί να συμβάλουν προς αυτές τις κατευθύνσεις, με στόχο τη διασύνδεση των τεχνών με το περιβάλλον και την επαγρύπνηση για φιλικές προς το περιβάλλον δράσεις και συμπεριφορές.

- Ανάληψη και στήριξη πρωτοβουλιών, καινοτομιών και η ανάπτυξη οποιασδήποτε μορφής δραστηριοτήτων και ενεργειών με στόχο την προαγωγή και προστασία τόσο του πολιτισμού και κάθε μορφής τέχνης (νοούμενων και αυτών των εφαρμοσμένων ή συνθέσεων αυτών), όσο και αυτών καθ΄εαυτών των δημιουργών και έργων τέχνης ή πολιτισμού (ενδεικτικά: προστασία πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας).
