23 Apr 09 - Just started this group as I was never sure where to put my art containing this versatile seed! You can do some pretty fun stuff with nature...keep a few dozen of these around and use them like a Zen Garden for relaxation. Take a picture of your creations and post them here. Or just take a picture of a single seed or pod to see how creative you can get. The choice is yours! It's easy to become a member: just ask. I've set this group to Moderate so that I can make sure that it's safe!

About Honey Locust Seeds and Pods

The concept is simple: have any honey locust seeds kicking around? Arrange them, photograph them, make some special art with them - whatever you'd like to do!

Let's keep this a safe group. If you wouldn't show it to granny, don't try to post it! Or post it and I'll reject it - no harm no foul. Do it too many times and I may ban you. It's just business, baby!

Oh, and yes you can, indeed, post simple "locust seeds." I'm not picky about the origin as long as they look something like the seeds in this piece:

You can use the small, immature ones all the way up to the fully mature ones. Don't forget you can use the pods as well, singularly or multiple. Explore, enjoy and have fun!
