The first pinhole camera I made, and of course its stereoscopic. ;-)

Stereo pinhole camera specs:
-Pinhole sizes are .0087"
-f199
-Focal length is 45mm
-Pinhole separation (stereo base) is 2 1/2"
-Each image size is 2 1/2" x 4", with total stereo image at 4" x 5"
-Made of corrugated cardboard, gaffer's tape and two auto mirrors which approximate the angle of view.
Note: This camera design was largely inspired by the folks at "Camp Obscura."

This week, MAKE magazine #09 is on newsstands, with my instructions on how to build this camera (a refinement of the prototype shown above).

The design wraps 120 film around a cylindrical film gate for groovy curved perspective panoramas. You get six shots in 6x12 format per roll.
The article starts on p.92 and I encouraged readers to visit this group for other inspirations ;-)

I'm proud to be the first to post their example of Voxphoto's Pin-O-Rama camera.

I got the issue 7 days ago, and I'm finally finished with the camera. What a great design. I love it! Thanks again for the how-to!

Here is the same camera with my 8Banners pinhole shutter plate attached. It's a wonderful compliment to the unit. Oh, all photos posted by me from this camera will be with the alternate home-made pinhole, as opposed to the 8Banners' shutter version.

Go to the photo page of the pic in question.
Above the photo, click All Sizes.
Select a suitable size from "Available sizes:" and click that.
Below the photo, it says "To link to this photo on other websites you can either:
1. Copy and paste this HTML into your webpage:", beneath which there's a text box full of HTML code.
And you simply do as it says... copy the code and paste it into a message on a thread. Try it!

Those are the last 2 cameras i did that actually worked.
The one on the left is ugly as hell, big, attracts looks (not very good ones tho) everywhere i go, but it has the easiest shutter i could ask for: the shutter from a €1,99 trashcam (bottom-left detail); and since it's pretty huge, it fits 4 or 5 rolls of film inside it, for when you are out and you finish shooting whatever film is loaded in the chamber. I think the focal length is 24mm and the diameter is around +- 0.13mm (too small for that FL) with a fstop of 185.
A few pictures taken with it:
www.flickr.com/photos/g_behringer/3754638901/
www.flickr.com/photos/g_behringer/3755439484/
www.flickr.com/photos/g_behringer/3755439242/
On the right side, the last one i made. It's a Wilhelmina pepermunt box, FL 25mm and pinhole diameter around 0.2mm and fstop 125. Still didnt develop the tests i made.

Here's the last two of the Snapdragons I was making. I kept these for myself. They're made of poplar and basswood with cherry fronts and shutters and trim on the backs. The pinholes were hand drilled in .002" brass shim the old fashioned way - with a #16 beading needle.

Hi all, this group is awesome !
Here is one of my pinhole, the first one I did from scratch, or almost...
I called it Berenice, in the honor of Berenice Abbott, a great photographer that did a lot of nice architecture photography in NYC.
I used a 4x5 back from a press camera :

I machined it to receive a 1/4-20 tripod mount :

I used black foam core to build the chamber, I used metalic tape to make shure that the chamber is light tight :

I've added a bubble level from a cheap level I bought in a dollar store, it is quite good :

And finally I covered the camera with "gaffer' tape to make it more beautiful. I also added a few stickers :-)

The unusual thing about berenice it that it is a perspective correction pinhole, I made it espescially for architecture :-)

After I made a pinhole camera "Pistachio", I did a lot of refinement.
I adjusted the focal lenght to the image circle I can get from my pinhole, and eliminated all light leaks.
This is "Pistachio Mark II".
Now I am very satisfied with the result.
