Any and all hard to find "hole in the wall" restaurants that aren't in food magazines but survive the test of time through word of mouth. You can't find it in food reviews, but you can find it here because the locals will tell you where it is.
Sure some are extra greasy and not always an "A" rating, but damn it tastes good. Sometimes you forget it's there but out of no where, you get a craving for it.
