What is the Hidden Journeys Project?

Have you ever found yourself on an airplane gazing out of the cabin window in wonder at the world thousands of feet below?

This group is dedicated to exploring the incredible places you can see from the air as you fly over them.

By submitting your photos and exploring each Hidden Journey, coordinated by the Royal Geographical Society (with IBG), you can help transform the long-haul flying experience into a fascinating exploration of the parts of the world beneath specific flight paths.

Why join?

This group lets you contribute photos and be part of the Hidden Journeys Project, a free and educational project run by the RGS-IBG for people who are fascinated by the beauty and diversity of our planet.

Add your photos of the places along the flight paths to the group and help show what they’re really like!

Once your photos have been added into the group we'll include the best and most striking images into the Hidden Journeys Project.

What happens once you've submitted your photos?

Just submit your images to the group and check out the other photos that people have put up – remember you can use this Organizr link for the easiest way to submit multiple images.
