About HDR Armenia

This group is a collection of good quality High Dynamic Range images and films taken in Armenia.

What do we mean by "Armenia"?
For the purposes of this group, "Armenia" refers to the geographic region also known as the Armenian plateau. In addition to the Republic of Armenia, this includes the following:
1. the Republic of Artsakh (a.ka."Nagorno-Karabakh Republic")
2. the mountainous region of Northern Artsakh (now in Azerbaijan)
2. the southern region of Georgia called Javakhk
3. Eastern Anatolia region of Turkey
4. Northwestern Iran

There are also some free and open source alternatives to using Photomatix, including Qtpfsgui, Hugin, Radiance, and CinePaint.
