People at Helsinki have been high fiving each other because the city was chosen as a Design Capital for year 2012. But what was the last design capital? What capital is there abut Helsinki and how design Helsinki is?

This group explores urban reality of the upcoming design capital. How it is dark and rainy during winter and how summertime does not necessarily make that much difference.
